1940s Frame House with Several Additions This house was built in the early 40s in Fort Worth, Texas. In the 60s, it was moved to Dublin, Texas with several subsequent additions over the years. The first part of the project (seen below) involved complete removal of the patch-work roof structure and replacement with sufficient attic space for central heat and air conditioning and vaulted ceilings to be done later, as well as construction of a twelve foot back porch. Subsequent phases of the project will involve complete residing with vertical cedar, a front porch, and creative interior remodeling.
