For most people, the purchase of a new home is the most important investment of their lifetimes. If you decide to have a home designed and built especially for your family, it can be an exciting and rewarding experience – IF you have the right builder.

Whether you already have plans drawn up or you’re beginning with just a dream, we will go over every detail of your new home with you before we do anything else – to make sure we understand your specific needs and desires; to talk about choices and options (some you may not even know you had!); to make suggestions and recommendations; and to get to know you better.

While many builders may simply take your plans and build what they show, we go about the process in a very different way. We understand that you’ll be spending quite a bit of money on your new home, and when you move in we want you to be totally satisfied, perfectly at home, and feeling like you got the bargain of a lifetime.

We also understand that you’ll be living in this home – every day – for many years to come – eating meals, entertaining with friends, raising a family . . . just like we do. We know that the details of a home – where the plugs are located, which way the doors open – become very important day after day. We care about these details, and we especially care that every detail is exactly the way you want it.

So we MUST get to know you and your lifestyle and we NEED you to be involved in every detail, every option and every possibility. We want you to take an active role in building your new home, because, after all, we’re not building this home for us – we’re building it for YOU!

We have done this many times before, and we will patiently guide you through every detail, decision, choice and option. Many people are intimidated by the complexity of having a home custom built, but we’ll make it easy and enjoyable. We may often ask “… have you thought of….” Or “what if we did this…” - not to talk you into or out of anything – but to make sure you are aware of all the possibilities that we can give to you.

 During construction, we want to see you often. We want you to understand the “whys” and the “what fors”; we want you to see the quality of workmanship and materials that are going into your home; and we want you to see in front of you what up until then has only been a drawing. As your home begins to take on new dimensions, you may decide you want something a little different here or a little bigger there – and you shall have it!

And when we pack up our tools and turn over the keys, it’s not goodbye -- we'll ALWAYS be the guys who built your home. You’ll be at the top of our list if you have any questions (and you will!), or a few things need adjusting (and they will!), or you want to add-on for a bigger family (can’t say about that!). We can’t give you a lifetime warranty, but we can give you a lifetime promise that you can always count on us to be there for you.
